Cramps!!

I'm only 5 dpo ( confirmed by bbt) and since yesterday I've been having cramps like af is coming- like, needed to take Tylenol cramps! I'm due on Feb 8, so I know it's not that ( I'm very regular). Has this happened to anyone? And if it has, did you get a bfp or a visit from af?
