Can running cause sore breasts?

I ran two miles for the first time in about a month three days ago and my boobs are killing me. Is this normal?

This happens to me sometimes. If I take some time off from running and get back to it, the first few runs mine are sore. Usually the muscles on the sides hurt on mine.

I'd say yes.. Mine are killing me without working out but when I do things like push-ups that get the muscle underneath, it's even worse. Running jostles the already inflamed tissue.. Heat pads or hot towels on them will help!
