When are you to the doctor for the first time after find out you are pregnant?

My dr makes you wait till at least 8 weeks and it is killing me.

I would go to get your HCG levels tested and confirmed unless you don't feel the need, it's not always necessary, otherwise your first appointment will be at 8-10 weeks!
