So exhausted!!!

Jennifer • Due date 10/3/2016 with my 🌈👶🏼. DD 4/13/99 💞. Angel baby 👼 5/22/2014.
I'm so exhausted & working my 5th 12hr shift in a row!!!!  I'm a Respiratory Therapist & I'm in the ER tonight & I don't think I'm gonna make it :/.  I will be glad when I'm out of my first trimester 🌈👶🏼🍼
