After I took plan B my period was over a week late. It was really starting to worry me but apparently emergency contraception can cause you to fully miss a period! So if this happens to you, don't worry! Maybe take a pregnancy test if your period comes late just to be sure. As long as you took it within 72 hours of having sex, you should be fine :)
