rant about my estranged step mother

So my dad passed away almost 6 months ago. My sister and I didn't get anything. None of his clothes like I requested (so I can make a blanket or a teddy bear) none of his tools, nothing. My step mother kept it all. Including his ashes. About a month after he passed she decided to have a garage sale instead of giving my sister and I anything. We were pissed off and ended all communication with her. My grandparents see her around town as it is such a small town. Well she now has a boyfriend. She's been seeing him for the past 3 months. So 3 months after my dad passed away she moved on and she kept making this huge deal about how we will never get anything. This is so frustrating and disrespectful in so many ways. At least give us our fathers remains if you have moved on. My dad and I were incredibly close to each other even though I love states away. I'm just so hurt and my husband doesn't understand. He tells me why should you care? I care because she has his things! She is disrespecting him and us! She told us that she wanted to remain close to the family, well that's not happening. It just boils my blood!
