Possibly pregnant?

I took a test a a little over a week ago and it was negative. I am now 11 days late. My partner and myself have noticed that my breasts are noticeably larger and have fairly prominent veins appearing on them. I want to take another test but feel as though I'm setting myself up for dissapointment and really don't think I can cope with yet another negative result! Could I have possibly taken the test too soon? Opinions please xx
