My heart aches!!!💔

It has been almost 7mths that I have been going out with this sweet guy that I actually fell for u fortunately my ex won't stop bothering me I have 2 kids so my schedule is not that good it got to the point wr it ws difficult for me to go out as much with him. My kids finally met him they loved him but just 2 days ago hr threw the bomb a bad bomb that he could deal with this that he would really liked to do several things with me but I can't so we end it I didn't say nothing because I'm not going to lie it hurt real bad. I work with him unfortunately and see him everyday now I don't no what to do. I really want to just hug him but at the same time just let him go 😢
