Labor or?

So this morning I had a weird thing happen(im a first time mom) I had a popping sound and sensation in my vagina when I peed not sure what it was at around 5:30 in the morning now it's 8:18 pm and I'm having weird pains in my vagina kinda like lighting bolts but constant, I've also noticed that my baby dropped at about 29 weeks went to labor and delivery and they said my baby is head down and that he's doing fine a few days ago I wasn't dilated or anything. But now I think I am I did a finger test myself and I could fit one finger in, but other then that I've also been having diarrhea. What do you ladies think? I'm going to call soon to ask the nurse for advice but I just wanted to ask. 30 weeks and 1 day today btw
