Symptoms. Not sure what dpo I am

I have a cold, I think. Doctor put me on antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection but they haven't done anything helpful yet and I'm getting worse. I have a cough, stuffy nose, diarrhea (for the past few days), and some light nausea spells, plus dizziness from, probably unrelated, ear pain. I had pain during sex yesterday too. It felt like something was stopping him from going in all the way, Like,me was hitting something (cervix pain?). I've never had that happen before.

Last AF was 1/6/16. Glow says my next,one is 2/10/16, and said I O'd around the 26th, but i think the calculations are off due to a couple lengthy cycles, like 40+ days (I'm pretty irregular). I think I O'd more around the 20th.

Anyways, how long should I wait to test? And is there any way to fix my cycles on here to not include the really long ones? Thanks!
