Mother in laws and father in laws

This will be their first grandchild ever! They would always talk about when we would have babies literally 24/7 , kinda rushing. Now that I'm 24 weeks pregnant, they don't even talk about it , nor they seem excited. My mom is planning and paying everything for my baby shower everyone seems to want to cooperate with little things such as invitations etc, but they don't not even, here's 20 bucks. NOTHING. what did they want a grandchild then? They are not excited at all and it makes me sad
