Nipple pain...

Anyone else getting really bad nipple pain? It tends to only happen in my right breast. Lastnight it was hurting so bad that I couldn't ignore it any longer and tried to see if lotion would ease the pain and while doing that I noticed a crack just below my nipple and it had  crusty stuff around it. This morning it's still burning and hurts to touch it. Any advice from lady's going threw the same thing?
