How many baby clothes for the first 0-3 months?

So right now I don't have much clothes yet for my baby girl, I'm gonna wait until my baby shower Sunday to see how much clothes I get and the sizes and whatever I don't have or need go from there and buy more. I was just wondering what type of items I would need for her, at 0-3 months. I'm due March 24th. So far I'm still pretty tiny in the belly area at 32 weeks and 4 days, I'm thinking she would be no more then roughly around 7lbs.
