Scared

According to my last period date of Dec. 24 I would guess that I'm 5 weeks along...yesterday I started spotting brown...today I have started bleeding like a normal period...I have a doc appt for tomorrow but I'm so scared for the worst. I've taken like 6 pregnancy test last week (lol) and they were all positive, told my husband yesterday and he was so excited and now this today...I'm not sure what to think but all I know is I'm scared
