Endometriosis?? (Spell check)

Question

I was looking up reasons for infertality and noticed i carried alot of the symptoms painful cramps during my af in my back in andomen, constipation that i always assume was ibm, constant yeast nd bv infections irregular af nd of course problems ttc, but nothing that really stands out this is just little stuff so i dont want to use google to diagnose myself i cant get an apt til march.. Can anyone with this tell me what its like or what you think? Also i just had a physical how is endometriosis tested for ? Would she have noticed by using her fingers? Or is it xrays or something?

I have endometrosis. My symptoms include pain during sex and inserting tampons, bad cramps with back pain, a semi-regular period (ie- I can pinpoint a weeks window when it might come), diarrhea during period and random pelvic pain and head aches. Endometriosis is different for everyone. Some people will have minimal lesions and feel a great amount of pain, some of lots of lesions and feel no pain. The only real way to diagnose it is by laparoscopic surgery. They insert a small camera in either side of your abdomen through only holes and look around for scar tissue and lesions. It can be controlled by staying on birth control so you miss your period and by other hormonal drugs. Fertility issues are dependent upon the severity and the location of lesions and scar tissues.

I have endometriosis.... and pcos.  From what I understand I developed it on the scar tissue from my previous 2 c-sections. The only symptom I really had was HORRIBLE periods. They would be sooooo painful and they would be very heavy. I know that's not much help but I wanted to respond just to let u know.... we have been TTC our 3rd and the first 2 came very quickly when we wanted to so when we were trying with our 3rd and having trouble the dr told us that I now had endometriosis and it was pretty hard to concieve with it. So we gave up... just sat back and relaxed and enjoyed life and our 2 kids we were already blessed to have. My youngest is 4 and my oldest is 10.... we had been TTC our 3rd since my youngest was a year old. Well 3 years later....completely out of the blue...we are pregnant. I'm now 8 weeks and baby is perfect and no complications. I just wanted to give u a little reassurance if u do have this.... it doesn't mean u can't have a/another baby.... like I believed because this baby is a shining example that if it's meant to be it will be.... best of luck to u on your TTC journey.
