Period 3 times

I had my period 3 times in January :( I had an ultrasound and 2 small ovarian cyst came up, but my Obgyn said they were nothing to worry about. Has anyone had this happened to them before or any advice? I'm 34yrs old and have never had any other problems in the past. Please help, thank you!
