Pcos?

I know there is a pcos forum but I'd really like to talk the the lovely women here. Anyone have it? TTC? Share any thoughts. I've become so discouraged. I can't even regulate my period and do not like BC. *sigh*

I was diagnosed years ago and just focused on what I ate and working out. Birth control masked the symptoms so I ate gluten free and lower my dairy for a year and started exercising. My periods become regular after that (even with my many, many slip ups). Now I'm 9 weeks. I got a lot of ideas from Pinterest.

Yes I was diagnosed with PCOS this past December and I'm TTC!! I've never been regular with my period unless I was on BC! Now I'm being regulated with Provera!

Yeah depending on how serious and how far along you are in your treatment for pcos.... I has cysts in both overies. Did a BC for until they shrank... After two normal cycles I started a natural supplement called chasteberry(Vitex) from Vitamin shop. That regulated my cycle and lengthens the days between my periods. I also did Fertility SP-1 supplement on my week of ovulation to increase my cervical mucosa. Got pregnant in 2months of taking supplements after a year of trying. Oh and I used two fertility tracking apps to cross check my ovulation and give tips. 😎😍😘 Good luck!!!

I have pcos and low Vit D. I take 50,000 IU daily and finally have regular periods. Get your Vit D checked! I also take inositol vitamins to promote ovulation and have recently started TTC and tracking BBT. So idk if it's helping yet but vitamins are the way to go if you're like me and HATE meds.

I also have pcos for 6 years have a beautiful baby boy who is 3 and we had him naturally..now ttc seems so much harder. I have 31 day cycles just can't pin if I'm really ovulating. Any advice?

I also have PCOS, and I was diagnosed in January. I'm TTC baby#2 and having a difficult time, due to irregular periods. My OB/ Gyn prescribed me Metformin 500mg twice daily and provera to start my periods. Metformin gave me diarrhea the first couple of weeks, but now I have no symptoms. Wish you luck!

I was on metformin and that regulated my cycles. Started to work right away
