Anyone experienced going off anti depression meds for pregnancy?

Doc recommended I try to go off. Currently 5w2d. Been off for 2 weeks and feeing moody / easily frustrated. Could be the wacky pregnancy hormones but curious if anyone has advice!!!

Start going to counseling more frequently. I went through this but with anti anxiety pills. Sucks but it's possible and I know baby will be better for it.

I went off without seeming myself. 20mg celexa to 0 overnight. I am moody but it's from the hormones not depressed like I was but think it was mostly because of infertility.

I was on lexapro and went off, cold turkey. I feel very anxious and depressed...my Dr is ok with me being on it. He says sometimes the stress on the baby from mom being ancious/depressed is worse than the medication itself.

I quit mine cold turkey and felt awful for a few days. But now I actually feel fine! Trying to make sure I eat well, get enough sleep and exercise helps as well.

I was on meds for bipolar 2, anxiety, panic disorder and ADHD. As soon as I found out I was pregnant I stopped. It's been 7 months with no meds. I feel good. Sometimes anxiety gets to me but over all I'm surprised I've been so well. I'm just very nervous about how I'll feel after birth. I'm praying I'll be okay to breastfeed and not have to get back on my meds so quickly.
