Did my temp not rise enough because I didn't O?

Question

Here is my chart. I was so happy to see the dip before O but then there is hardly a rise. Only 0.09! Please help. I'm worried I'm not ovulating.

Just an example from Google fertility friend not mine* 
The first rise after ovulation wasn't much here either but only because she recorded creamy cm on day 17 it set ovulation as already happened as well as the positive opk. Her implantation was cd20 and positive hcg tests were on cd27

It's the dip you're looking for not the first rise afterward 
From now you want it to keep going up even by 0.01 each day for the next 9 months :) 
You'll know af is due when it drops back down
