Early ovulation??

Question

I have a regular 28 day cycle , today is cycle day 12 for me and I'm having cramps on the left side.. Is it possible to ovulate on cycle day 12 with a regular cycle??

Your basically a day before your fertile window. Anytime you Cramp you may ovulate earlier then you think. If your trying for a baby I'd start today lol. Are you ttc btw ?
