ALL IN ONE prenatals?!

does anyone know of any prenatals that literally has everything you need in? im currently 5 weeks pregnant and my prenatals are 3 horse pills a day and 2 DHA pill supplements... they are really hard to swallow and make me feel really sick no matter what i take them with! ideally, i'd love a prenatal that i can just take like 1-2 a day and get everything i need (including DHA). i've tried two other types before these, both gummies, but both of them were covered with sugar and they were way too sweet for me! if they were literally just gummies with no 'coating' i wouldnt mind them at all. i dont want to waste even more money on prenatals that i still cant take!! and i dont really want to have to buy DHA seperately!😩

I use One a Day Women's Prenatal 1, they have dha and folic acid. Just one soft gel capsule a day! I love them.

At GNC they have a prenatal that comes w/ DHA in it. You do have to take 3 but they're gel capsules so they go down very easily. However they don't have iron in them.

I have never seen prenatals that are more than one pill. It sounds horrifying.

I love CitraNatal DHA. It's 2 pills a day - 1 vitamin pill and 1 dha capsule. Bonus: The pill includes iodine (some don't) and it's very important. The dha is plant based so you don't have to worry about the mercury! With our 1st, prenatals were covered 100% by insurance, but I was buying an additional vegetarian dha supplement which was pretty spendy. This time around I did some research with our insurance and found the CitraNatal DHA is 100% covered also!! Hope this helps :)

What gummies did you buy ? Because my pharmisit said i could take gummies prenatal since theres no iron in them. & my pills are to huge as well 😫😫

ask your ob to prescribe you some, walgreens also has alot of all in one prenatals

gummies don't have iron in them which you need but I've definitely seen non sugary ones! I'm currently taking nature made prenatal multi + DHA, and I got it at target. Only once a day and it has everything in one pill!
