Trying to conceive
Well me and my fiance have been together for a year and we've had intercourse alot and still nothing. She suffers from PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome ) how can I get her pregnant when she has cysts on her ovaries I can't afford to go to a sperm bank to get a sperm count too expensive. I heard that pre-seed lubrication works but also expensive. What can we do?
