Hello all! My boyfriend and I have just found out that I'm 7 1/2 weeks pregnant. We're in a very tight spot, as we both want to keep it but are currently unable to financially bear that responsibility. We had settled for abortion and even scheduled an appointment, which is when my sister stepped forward and offered to adopt. My older sister is 27, has a very stable career that she loves, and wants babies so bad she can't stand it. She is, unfortunately, unable to have children. In my mind, this is the BEST option for the baby. It'll live a full, wonderful life, without us having to carry the baggage that comes along with aborting. I guess what I'm looking for is reassurance that I'm doing the right thing??? I only want what is best for my baby
