Did any moms do your kegels a lot during your pregnancy? do you think it helped with labor?

Oh yea it help during and after ☺️ it's really important to do them too

I do mine every day! They are so helpful! Labor, sneezing, coughing, getting your body back post birth, totally essential

Not only does it help for labour it helps to keep you pelvic muscles strong so you don't end up peeing yourseld everytime you sneeze/cough. I do them pretty much everyday.

This might be weird to ask, but can you ladies tense those muscles and KEEP them tensed for longer than a second at a time?  I might just be a weakling since I've just started intentionally working them out, but is just doing it repetitively enough?
