Implantation bleeding or AF

So usually every month my lady situation is the same; my breast get really sore and my vag is moist up until the day before AF is actually due. The symptoms go away and the flow begins to flow ... Well last month I got my period Jan 5 th - Jan 9 th I did the due😏 on my most fertile day. Towards the end of the month I got my pms symptoms sore breast and moist vag!! I began spotting light pink on the 30th of Jan it lasted until the 2nd of this month and went away ... My great are still sore and I've been having cramping feelings for 3 days now???????????
