Is eating salad good for sperm?

My boyfriend told me he's been eating salad everyday to get me pregnant not everyday but at work he will eat like a pizza then and there he's on a diet but he's not even fat lol he he's just buff but other then salad what else is good to eat for sperm by the way he doesn't smoke or drink at all an we been ttc since March 2015.
