Back pain 😫

I've had terrible back pain the last two days. Hubby massaged me both nights and I have an ice pack on it now. My pain is across the middle of my back right below my shoulder blade. My hubby said the whole left side of my back looked swollen. Anyone else having severe back pain in that area? Anything else I can do for pain relief besides Tylenol? I'd take a bath but the thing that plugs our tub drain is broken. 😕
