In order to find out your ovulating you need to take your temperature but how? Are there specific thermometers that You should use?

And do u buy a basal thermometer with and ovulation kit? I'm very new at this I'm 32 and have never struggled to get pregnant so I'd like to know what I need to be prepared to find out if I'm ovulating and if so when exactly? Thank you!
