How do I find my topic after I've added it!?

It seems impossible to find topics I've added. Also when someone responds to something I've said it doesn't go straight to their response so on really popular posts it's almost impossible to interact. Please help!

When you're in the community, scroll all the way to the top and you'll see your icon in the top left click it and then click on created and it will show you all the posts you've created! I'm not so sure about the second one though, good luck😊
