TTC. Question please help !

I'm 8 days from my expected period. I have been having nausea that over the past 3 days has got more intense. I had a miscarry January 13th 2016 this year. My numbers jumped from 123 to 98 in hours. They went down very fast. I think I ovulated on the 27th of January. Because of CM changes and twigs and pains around that time. My doctor told me I was 100 precent healthy and could try again right away. Could it be possible that I could be getting nausea from being pregnant again? I took a pregnacy test yesterday to make sure my numbers were under 25 which the test was very negative. So I knew they went down along time ago. I have been feeling exhusted, I have headaches, slight fullness feeling, runny nose, sore throat, really bad nausea. Over the past three days it was okay the first day only Alittle, than worse the next than all day today. My feet have been hurting and I got slight heart burn. Could I very well be pregnant ? Need your opinion ♡ also did anyone else get pregnant right after there miscarry?
