No baby yet!

So i  am 39 weeks pregnant 1 day, no real contractions just BH. No mucus plug, no water break, I'm no dilating at all.  No nothing I think my baby boy does not want to come out. My doctor did send me to the hospital yesterday to get a non stress Test done because baby does not move much, well they check me and he did move and heart beat was Great I had 17% liquid or something like that. But yesterday night my husband & I had try everything to feel him move and he does not, I eat something sweeth drink soda, lay down on my left side which he hates that one, my right my husband poke him couple of times and nothing, I have the fetal Doppler and his heart was good. I am kind of scary idk if I am exaggerating but should I call my ob and ask if I can get a induce ?? I'm desperately.
