Changing last name??!!

Ever since I got married back in 2013, my husband kept asking me when I was going to change my last name to his. I told him until we had a year of marriage, when we made it to one year of marriage he asked me again and I told until we have a child together. Well we now have a 4 month old son and we are going on our 3 year anniversary and I still haven't changed my last name. I don't know what's holding me back, I just don't want to have his last name in case something wrong happens to us in the future (which I'm hoping nothing does) I love my husband every much and I love his last name. I think I'm just not ready to give up my last name yet..idk what do you ladies think? Should I just change it or keep my last name just in case?
