First pregnancy, how likely is miscarriage?

Hi everyone :) I am 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant! This is my first pregnancy, and I became pregnant on only the second month of trying :) I'm a bit worried though because alot of what I read online states that miscarriage is very likely during first trimester. How concerned should I be?

About 1 in 5 pregnancies end in miscarriage (20%), but there's usually nothing you can do to prevent it if it's going to happen, so try your best to relax and take it one day at a time! Good luck, momma!

Not concearned at all. Have good hope - that's it. In very early pregnancy (before heartbeat starts) there is a risk of MC probably by 30%. Therefore early testing is always a bit risky.... You have to deal with it if MC happens...  After 6 weeks and see/hear heartbeat the risk of MC decreases down to 10%. With 14 weeks you're starting your second trimester, pregnancy is called 'stable' and risk of MC is 1%-2%.

Every one is different when got pregnant with mi first I didn't even know I was pregnant until 9 weeks!!! And was going about my life like nothing. My son is now 11 and I'm pregnant with #2☺️. Take it easy and don't stress it!!!

Try not to worry stress isn't good for the baby and if you start bleeding or anything just go get checked I've been bleeding since 6weeks and I'm now always 9 weeks and have a very healthy baby with a strong heartbeat.
