SWOLLEN VAG

So my vag has been constantly itching and burning for three days now and I'm so irritated. It's really irritating me and this white discharge is coming out of it too. My obgyn gave me pills for yeast infection it it was only one pill. I'm wondering if it is this or something else? It wasn't bad yesterday,  but it came back today. It's also swollen. Has this happened to anyone else? Help! Irritated more on the tips and the outside..like the lips, not inside.
