Laser therapy

Has anyone done laser therapy on their bikini line? And is 600$ for 6 treatments (that's the most it should get rid of) a good price? I have dark course hair on my bikini line but whenever I shave I get a lot of ingrown hairs and waxing isn't much better, I'm thinking of trying laser hair removal but I don't know if it's with the money.
