So I was at work tonight and got a call from my mom saying my dog had escaped out the house.. I rushed home and searched all around.. I drove down streets looking for him. Well, I finally found him laying on the side of the main highway... Looks like he was trying to cross the street and stuck his head out.. Because the only thing that got hit on him was his neck.. Well I buried him with his favorite toys and blanket and his first collar... I'm an emotional wreck.. Idk what to do to get my mind off him.. I can't stop crying.. Anyone who's been through something like this with a close pet.. Can y'all help me out? How did y'all cope?
