Sometimes, even a few months after a pregnancy, your menstrual cycle can be a little out of sorts, due to residual hormones. This can cause your periods to be irregular, or have an increase thickness of your endometrial lining. If that is what is going on, it should clear itself up, but if it doesn't, you should definitely speak to your ob/gyn. If you are having bleeding intermittently, not coinciding with your period, or if you are having abdominal cramping, you should also go to the doctor. Three months seems like a long time for something to reside in your body that was supposed to be gone. If you feel like something is wrong, call the doctor. Most of us can only speak from expierence, but are far from experts.  I'm sorry you're going through this.

Very sorry for your loss. I had a D&C and still took months. You're basically shedding your lining. It'll get back to normal. Took 4 months for mine to return to normal.. Then we tried again.
