Insurance always confuses me so maybe you ladies can help me understand. So according to this basic fertility testing is not covered and I will have to pay out of pocket? I am supposed to have an appointment with my gyno the 18th but if I have to pay out of pocket just for basic testing then I don't know if I can go😢
