Itchy boobs/nipples?! Help

Question

For weeks now I've noticed the skin around my nipples has been very itchy. Nothing seems to help calm the itch. I've noticed they are also swollen and at times hurt to touch, mostly at the end of the day. 
I am not pregnant, am on Mirena, period has been normal, but hormones have been crazy. Any advice?

True ..but mine definitely don't need yo grow anymore Lol I would say just go get it  checked out to be on safe side

Could be growing! Sometimes birthcontrol does that

Sometimes that happens to me when I am going to start my period or from when I don't put enough lotion on my breast honestly

Mine have been doing that lately! I don't know what causes it, but hydrocortisone cream helps them not itch so much :)
