Also, do y'all have any opinions on if climaxing frequently will make the uterine muscles stronger (similar to kegels) and therefore make giving birth easier? 
I've been masturbating daily instead of doing kegels.

I never thought about masturbating to tone the muscles! That's a good idea. The whole point of the orgasmic birth is that it releases endorphins and it relaxes the muscles. But since this is my second rodeo I know how hard it is to be relaxed in that moment! Wish I could do it.

I don't know if it makes the uterine muscles stronger but I had a really easy birth with my daughter last month. She took about half an hour cuz I kept falling asleep instead of pushing. But when I did start actually pushing she came out really fast. Once they could see her head a few good pushes later she was out.
