Acne & Polycystic Ovaries

Hi people, first time I've posted so bare with me. I've very recently been diagnosed with polycystic ovaries and am currently working on a plan with my gp. I've had really bad acne for ages but it's got worse since I came of the pill due to ttc. I know acne and pcos go hand in hand but has anyone got any tips on making the acne better and ttc with pcos.
