Like, thanks for that huge awful reminder that I'm not pregnant. Thanks for ruining my life for five days. I just get so down when I have my period. 😡😩

I have been trying to let myself think of it as a reset for my body. Okay, this time I have another chance to grow a nourishing lining for a potential bean. This time, I get to have a fresh egg for a new, wonderful baby.

It doesn't always work, but I'm trying to be positive.

I feel the same way. I've been ttc for 5 months now with no luck. Every month I just get more upset when af comes
