Its a doctor prescription. It suppose  to help you to ovulate, and hopefully conceive.

I've taken it a lot and had a lot of success with it. My dr will put me on it and the check my first cycle but then I don't need checked again until I'm pregnant or not getting pregnant but he only keeps me on it 6 months at a time. Almost every time I've only needed it 3 months but this baby (pregnant now) took 6 months
