My exs mother called child services on my husband!!

So long story short

I have a daughter and i left her father 4 years ago because je was abusive and hooked on drugs i just couldnt do it anymore.

His mother told me i should never leave and if i do i should leave my daughter with her because a woman should never leave her man no matter what. And if i want to ever be with someone else it is wrong doing for him to be a part of her life.

Well my husband and i have been together 3 going on 4 years and he has taken care of her like his own he was there for me when her father wasnt and is everything a father should be to her. He picks her up from daycare and takes her to church with him if i work on sundays and just enjoys spening time with her.

Well her grandmother told me to never let him pick her up and he should never be alone with her and for him not to be her father he shouldnt want to do things with her as if he was and of course i told her where she could stick it because shes an idiot and hes my husband and loves her and should be able to love her the same he has every right to.. Well she called day care friday and asked who picked my daughter up (which was him) then i get a call from childrens services saying they reveiced a report saying my child was being sexually abused. So of course they have to keep her out of my house until they interview her and clear everything up because reports like that arent taken lightly. I just need help i want to know what i can do to make sure she is away from my child she is causing trauma to my child because of her ways . My daughter scremed as they took her away from my husband crying to go with him. But they wouldnt even let her say bye. I just need advice . What can i do? She has visitation with her father but not her grandmother and granparents have no rights in the state of tn . But they live together. I dont want her anywhere near my family because shes nuts!
