Inner ear infection home remedies?! I'm desperate!

I've had a sinus infection for about a week. Trying to get over it on my own. I had excruciating ear pain today and went to urgent care. Got diagnosed with "a raging severe inner ear infection" they prescribed me antibiotics (filling them tomorrow) and even tried to give me hydrocodone for the pain because it is that bad. I turned down hydro because it's a class c drug and I don't wanna risk it. Tylenol doesn't put a dent in my pain and it's only getting worse. I'm desperate I'll try anything please help.
