Please help 😭😭😭!!!

My boyfriend has been taking antibiotics for two weeks nd it hasn't gone away nd I got a Uti myself Wednesday somehow nd have been taking AZO cranberry pills nd pain relievers since Thursday nd it hasn't gone away can somebody please help us 😭😭
