I had that on the other labia before! It's an ingrown hair. What I did is I squeezed all the puss out. Then I used tweezers and plucked the hairs that are growing from that bump. Then what I do is I pinch the skin, then with the tweezers I pinch them right over the "pimple" to get the in grown hair out. It's what I do for EVERY ingrown. It isn't too painful, I don't bleed and I don't scar.

Most likely a ingrown hair. I get them when I use regular razors. Try to wash it real good and put a hot compress and then you or someone get the tweezers and pull the hair out. It will feel better afterwards.

Honestly it could be a few things, ingrown hair, herpes, irritation. Does it itch or burn? It's hard to say maybe go see ur doc, good luck

You should try taking a good warm shower or bath no get heat on it and hold a warm cloth on it after and see if you can try pushing the goo out that formed a white head that I see. If it hurts just apply something warm until it goes down or away or tries to form a bigger head. Hopefully that works.

Could it just be a pimple? It's not entirely uncommon especially if you wear tight underwear that can cause warmth/ bacteria growth.
