Chewed nail too short! HELP bleeding😁😁

So this is kind of embarrassing but I have a REALLY bad habbit of chewing my nails, I've been doing it for like about 2 years😁😁 plus u have pretty bad anxiety so whenever j get anxious o chew my nails. So anyway j was chewing my nails right now because I was bored and now it's bleeding! It hurts but I can kind of deal with it. Idk I'm home alone too so that's why I'm not going to my parents lol. Idk. Will I like loose feeling in my finger if I just let it sit? Owww...😁😁😫😫this is suck a stupid question I just want to know how to get it to stop hurting.
