Noxema?

I have never had acne in my life, however as a teenager, I washed my face with noxema every single day. I'm sure that's why acne wasn't much of an issue for me back then. Since I've been pregnant, I've had awful acne, I've tried everything to stop it. I know noxema would work for me but I'm concerned about the strong smell. I tried to Google it, but it's really mixed reviews. Does anyone know if it's okay or not?
