Uterus keeps getting hard?

Question

25 weeks tomorrow and I keep getting tightening in my uterus. It gets rock hard for about 30 seconds and then goes away. It's been a good 3 days since then. They come and go randomly. Painless, but you feel pressure in the stomach area. Is it BH? Ftm so I have no idea, Google is giving me different answers.

Sounds like Braxton Hicks - which can be the whole uterus tightening or just parts of the uterus contracting. It's totally normal to get BH throughout the day, as long as they aren't painful or happening more than 4 times in an hour. Sometimes the baby's movement (or your own) will stimulate the uterus or part of the uterus to contract. They will probably get more frequent toward the end of your pregnancy when your body starts ripening your cervix.

If it's your whole stomach, it's BH. If it's only a part, it's the baby. If you press on ur stomach when it's happening you can also sometimes feel where the baby actually is in relation to the tightening. Like my son is usually near my crotch when mine happen, so I'll feel his head down there right before they happen

I get them frequently. Especially work cuz I'm on my feet for 12 hours. Sometimes it could mean you need more water too. I get way more than four an hour and my dr says s long as that aren't painful not to worry. I had  Up to 30/hr with my first in third trimester. She was still a week late.

I will be 25 weeks tomorrow and I notice the same thing. I figured it was her balling up or Braxton hicks. It doesn't really hurt but you definitely notice it 😊

Same here. I thought it was the baby balling up but I'm pretty sure they're BH. Does it help if you kinda bend backwards a bit and stretch your tummy?
